Fed up with bad service.

Worst service ever. Canceled the bed before it arrived, got a ref number for debit order cancellation and order cancellation, courier phoned with bed and I canceled. The courier left, I never signed for anything and never even saw the courier. Bed went back to them. They've been putting that account in arrears, giving me a back credit record. I've been send text about me paying the account. I've spoken to 5 consultants and requested with all of them to request this to be reviewed. Two months later I'm still struggling to get this problem sorted. Request for the manager to phone me, I'm still waiting for the call. Worst service ever. Wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them. If this matter isn't sorted within the next work day, I'm taking this matter further.
