FAULTY MICROWAVE REPLACED WITH OLD USED ONE

On 31.12.2014, I ordered and received, a new microwave from Homechoice- order number ***9, for which I am paying R4986.00, in total. After delivery, I realised that it was faulty and could not use it, which I reported to Homechoice. It was agreed that I should return it, which I did. I have now been sent an old, dented and used microwave, with chipped body paint, as a supposed replacement. Details : Invoice number ***4, Parcel Number PA***ZA, dispatched to me on 7/7/2015. I am very offended and disappointed at not being taken seriously and respected. I have been a Homechoice customer for about 30 years (now) : my account number is ***. As a matter of principle, I am definitely not going to take this matter lying down. For starters, I am sending this old replacement appliance back to Homechoice, until I am treated fairly.

Reviewer Update
Since their promise on this site on 23 July 2015, Homechoice are yet to call me. They are harassing me on a daily basis instead and today sent me an urgent SMS demanding that I pay them R972.87 immediately, which I am not going to do. They had sold me a faulty microwave on 31.12.2014, order number ***9, with total price of R4986.00. I sent it back to them per PA*** ZA, on 25.5.2015, per agreement. They replaced it with an old, used one on 7.7.2015, parcel number PA*** ZA, invoice number ***4. I took this up with them, per call Reference *** and they authorised me to return it, which I did. When they denied receiving it, I proved them wrong by referring them to post office do***ents PA*** ZA, dd. 24.7.2015. I further proved to them they had received the returned parcel at 11h44 on 6.8.2015, which they subsequently admitted. I request anybody who can, to advise me how do I contact the Consumer Ombudsman, whom I believe can protect me from the bulllyism by Homechoice. I want refund of all the instalments I had already paid, to which I am ethically entitled. My account number at Homechoice is ***.
