faulty Defy fridge

Hi, i bought a defy fridge at the above mentioned store, the fridge freezes everywhere especially the deep freezer. i cant even open the drawers, it does not matter which temperature i set it to it just freeze. worst part it leaks and spoils the food.

i have logged a call with homechoice as usual everything takes forever with them. they promised to send a technician 3 weeks ago, i am still waiting. when i call them they all tell me different stories. the last person i spoke to told me that he called defy technician and the defy guy promised to call me, he never did. the fridge is fully paid for but i still receive unpleasant service from homechoice.
