FALSELY ACUSED OF OPENING AN ACCOUNT

HomeChoice let someone open an account in my name and purchased goods, then just conveniently started deducting the premiums from MY bank account. I never gave permission for this and even after telling them I never opened this account, they have the wrong person, they continued to deduct from my account. I was now forced to get a police affidavit to clear my name as it reflects badly on my credit score. Its been almost two weeks and no feedback from this company despite following up multiple times because it is urgent! Their service is pathetic but they are quick to take your money!
