False statement

Hi<br> <br> My name is Phillistus Senamela, I bought a duvet at home choice in 2014 which my instalment was R175 per month. I never bought anything from there but I was suprise when I received my statement that I'm in arrears and I'm owing them R19 000. I have never missed even a single month at home choice but now my credit record is affected as they declined me to buy a house. I did called homechoice to explain my problem and they told me that someone bought couches with my account which I dont know off,they requested me to provide and affidavit,which no one responded to it and when I follow up they always putting me on hold. I have never even once missed a payment with homechoice but I'm suprised why I'm getting such treatment always. I'm statring to hate it now. Can someone intevine
