False sale

I received a call I think towards the end of September from home choice guy who told me that all calls are recorded. He told me if I buy anything from home choice I will get a gift. He asked me which gift do I want between pots12 PC,laptop, tablet and video camera. I choose pots12pc. I asked him many times that I don't believe this thing. How possible that I order something for R100 and I get a gift of more than R2000.He said yes its possible but guess what. When the order comes I found umbrella instead of pots. I called home choice and someone told me that its impossible to get pots if I don't want an order I must return it. In post office there is no free delivery now I must lose money for postage, petrol to post office, loose time at work. I was a joke at work because everyone wanted to see the pots who turned to be umbrella.<br> I like your store I buy everything there and I'm always a good customer but all I got is a **** who just wanted commission without much care. Please solve this problem for me before I call consumer council and report for false sale.<br> <br> In future never call me again about any of your specials. I don't want anything to do with you.
