I was phone this morning by Khutala congratulating me on my approved account of R4000.

I asked for a catalog that her team manager Patrick Davids emailed me. Unfortunately I missed Khutala's call and called back and a very nice receptionist requested Patrick to return my call witch he did.

However the call etiquette was appalling placing me on hold and then having a conversation while he thinks I can't hear him, this is really shocking behavior for a team manager

He had a very sweet lady phone me back because I needed to cut the call as I had a work call coming in she was beautiful, exceptional etiquette friendly and helpful, how ever now all of a sudden my credit available was droped to R1200 and I need to choose other bedding, first of all I was called I was offered R4000 the bedding i choose was R3500, now I must be choose bedding that was not my style because Khutala over promised and under deliver, was wondering how she can guarantee a R4000 account without having my consent to do a credit check or knowing what I earn.

I gave this a bit of thought is this a business I want to do business with? My friend who is unemployed and laughs when homechoices debt collectors call and drop the call got credit to buy stuff from homechoice in excess of R10 000.00 but me working earning a good salary with almost no debt can't even buy a bedding set that was promised to me?
