False marketing and dishonest transaction

My wife bought things from this company and finished them ling ago, on the 22nd of August 2019 she received a delivery from Home choice though she did not make any order, She then contacted HomeChoice where the consultant said it's a gift and she won't pay even a cent, and she can however send them back if she's not accepting them, Now to her surprise there is documents in the package that says she's going to pay R270 monthly or R7000 cash. We are now liable to send the package back as they are unable to do so
