False information on website about delivery

I placed an order on the 3rd November 2017 # ********** 7 and it says as per website delivery takes up to 5 days if you stay in a city. up until today i don't have my order instead i get rude call center staff who cannot assist with anything! if my item is not delivered today please cancel my order!
