False Information and no service delivery

I ordered a Velvet Night Base Set online on the 7th of May 2016. Due to the fact that the value of the order was so high, the website split my order in two. On the 9th of May the sales agent from Homechoice phone me to confirm my order. She confirmed that I will get an sms from RTT as when delivery will accur. I received only one sms, and because nothing was said to me of "short stock" I was under the impression that this was the full order. Yesterday the 17th my order was delivered by RTT. When I got home, it was only a box with my 2nd order in, NO BED. I called Homechoice just to find out that there are only "Limited Stock" to be exact 5 beds in stock. On question now why do I have to wait for my bed, i was told that she does not know if one of those beds are allocated to me. I have to phone back on Friday as they do not get stock on a regular base. Question 1. Why was I not informed when they phone me to confirm my order. Question 2. Why is it captured online as "in stock", Question 3. How long must I wait for my order, as Homechoice do not get stock every month. Question 4. Why do the call centre agent ask me if I really want that bed as they have many of the other beds in stock DUHU Why would I order this bed if I want another bed. Can any Manager please contact me to sort out this mess. Thank you Jacky
