False information

I bought bedding set to the value of R5000 on credit over a period of 3 months, the installment is supposed to be around R1800 and first installment is supposed to go off this December. I had extra cash and paid R2000 upfront, and I received notification of the payment and the new balance of about R3000. So the problem now is I got my credit report and the installment is showing more than R5000, and worse it's not only that finchoice as well is showing more than R5000 instead of R2800. That is really bad, because based on my salary and other commitments, as well as the false 2 installments it means if I wanna take credit I won't qualify. If I had the money I was gonna pay off my accounts with finchoice and homechoice, and close them for good.
