False adverti*****ts

Homechoice they are false advertisers. They advertise bread marker machine for R1999 and get espresso toaster for free and I have purchased this bread machine and after 5 days I received the sms saying I need to collect it on the branch and I took the parcel with under influence that my toaster is also included. Surprisingly no toaster in the package as advertised. I then called the call centre to informed them and they promised that it will be delivered. After 14 days I went to the branch at Mitchells plain and they checked on the system and same story that it is on its way. I am going to the 2nd month now and haven't received the toast. They should not advertise it if they know they can't keep the promises. I don't want it to be delivered I more than happy to ferch it on their Mitchell's Plain branch as I did on my purchase.
