False Advertising & very poor service delivery

I made an order for the following parcel : Restonic Aireloom Classic Base Set-Double Quantity: 1 on 17th December (As per the website adverti*****t that all orders made by 18th Dec, would be received before 25th Dec) This was not delivered as advertised.

Today 28th Dec, I have still not received my order made. I have called the call center numerous times to follow up regarding this order and the answer received was that my parcel was not received at your DC yet.

I have followed up with the courier service – Fast n Furious and both my items was confirmed to be delivered and received at the Home choice DC on 23rd & 24th December. I can also see this on the Fast & Furious couriers tracking website.

Every time I call no-one can give you a straight answer. What they advertise and their service delivery is two completely different things. I have not had an issue ordering from Home choice before but this time around their services is disgusting to say the least nevermind the false advertising.
