False Advertising Scheme

I am very disappointed with Home Choice and their false advertising schemes/methods.

On the 17th of August I received a flyer advertising a Jennifer set for R499 and on the flyer it says that you get a Maurice set for free when you buy this Jennifer set.

I called them 3 times on the same day to place an order for 4 sets of the jennifer, meaning that I would get 4 sets of the Jennifer and 4 extra sets for free as per advertised flyer. When I called I was advised that there was a printing error from their side and that you do not get this set for free. I was told that when you buy this Jennifer set, you get an extra Jennifer set.

I then proceeded to place my order meaning I would pay for 4 full sets and get 4 extra gifts of the Jennifer as I was told by their call center staff who also did not seem to know what they were doing. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes all 4 times that I called to place and confirm my order and was assisted by the manager Theo

I received my order this morning and I only received an order of 3 sets of the Jennifer with no extra gifts and not forgetting to mention that I had initially ordered 4 sets. So my order my jinxed and I did not get any free
