False advertising, lying sales consultant, bad services

You think you can trust a company like homechoice, you have an account with already, is not like you in the street looking for discounts. Usually I prefer to order online, yesterday I'm like let me listen to the sales consultant. This guy from homechoice calls and says I'm one of the few customer choosen to receive 60% discount in whatever I buy, offer stands only for that day,he makes an example of gomma gomma sofas, from 22000 something to 11000. He says what do you need I'm like OK microwave, he says microwave is 6000 something, the whole time im surprised microwave 6000, but I'm like I'll check on their website. He checks different options and choose one for me, tells me after applying 60% discount is 3200, I still don't believe him cause how much was this microwave before 60% but I give the benefit of the doubt n I'm OK place an order, I'll just verify on their website. After the call, went straight into their website, got ****ed that he **** cause same price he game me is the same one on the website. Called in spoke to a lady called Precious, to cancel the order, explained my reasons, told me she managed to cancel and gave me a *** for cancellation. The following day I get a delivery and deliver guy tells me, please take it n follow the return policy. I call them immediately to find out what happened to my cancellation, this lady ask me lots of questions, i ask her please call me, let me check the stuff you want, even now I'm waiting for that call. I'm so furious, I know very well they will take forever for returns and charge me delivery and some amounts. I have already expirienced their horrible return services.
