False advertising at home choice

I have emailed home choice and complained on this website regarding the service of home choice and till to date nobody has contacted me or responded to my email home choice has just lost a customer once again will never buy or recommend them to family and friends I have received an SMS with a tracking number but you can't track the parcel and also no courier has arrived with any parcel from them
