False advertising

I bought a bed from Homechoice. They advertised the bed with a mattress only to deliver a king size bed with a double mattress. They say that the mattress is for free and they only give a standard mattress not the size of the bed. However nowhere do they mention that nor did they mention it when I purchased the bed
