False advertising

I shouldn't even be giving a star because this is rather frustrating. on your website and Tv adverts you tell us that you deliver during lockdown since blankets and duvets are essentials, however I ordered a bedding set which I paid Cash for that had a notice that its an essential and now I'm being told it will take 5 weeks to be delivered, 1st of all that is false advertising and this was quite urgent hence I chose you guys instead but I'm really disappointed and frustrated, my set will be delivered after half the winter is gone and you **** on both your website and tv adverts, I paid a huge amount of delivery fee which I didn't have a problem with if this was going to be delivered atleast within a week. so you guys just want us to buy and orders pile up while you know you will be delivering after lockdown yet you lie about it. ke kopa chelate yaka back or delivery done ASAP.
