False advertising

So I ordered the evette bedding set, and the curtains delivered to me were not the same as those on the picture. I got sink curtains instead which are not marching with the bedding. I called to enquirer and got told that what you get when you buy lower package which I could not understand because there was only 1 package advertised which is what I bought. I have requested a return but am really not happy with the service and and I really loved the bedding but I cannot keep it with incorrect curtains.
