l made an order on the 29th of January 2015 of a Leigh 17-piece super luxury comforter set for R1599(Double size). l bought a magazine at Checker Hyper store included inside was an attached brochure and it stated that if l purchase this order l will also receive 2 additional Taffeta pillowcases of which they are not included in the package that l recieved on the 6th of Feb2015. l spoke to consultants and they told me the 2 additional Taffeta pillowcases they were never part of the set or order even though they were mentioned on the list. What kind of an excuse is that. l was told to email my query to [Email Removed] and attach the brochure. l sent the email on the 9th of Feb15 until now there is still no feedback or response. Its been 2weeks now since l received the order and am being told l can`t return back anymore but when l sent the email on time l was never responded to. l believe they are being ******** and they need to reply to my email. Their heading says 17pieces and they make a list of 19pieces that they promise to deliver with the same price and l only get 17pieces and am told by a consultant it was an error. Its their error ,they need to deliver as per list
