I bought a cellphone with Homechoice which included a gift worth R900 cellphone accessories. When I received my cellphone order it did not include the gift and I immediately asked the delivery driver why is that. I was advised I will receive the remainder of the order the following week which was a Monday. The day arrived and no package arrived. So I sent an email enquiring this, I was asked to send the confirmation email of the order. I obliged. Upon receiving it I was told it didn't state that my order comes with the gift. I stated my case with the delivery driver and I was referred to their returns policy which were not in my favor as I had already opened the package. So I didn't get my gift. A wee later an unknown order was placed on my account worth 10000. It was a cellphone before I disputed this order I noticed the cellphone also had the same gift but the confirmation order was just like mine. It didn't include the gift. I was told they will look into the matter and advise but nothing happened. I am reporting them to the competition tribunal.
