Failure to give feedback

Someone opened an account with my name at homechoice when I discover I immediately informed them the adviced me to send them an affidavit and my id copy which I did on 13 May 2020 upon receiving my documents i was informed it will take 30 to 90 working days to investigate the problem on 9th October I called Lee-Ann Peterson she asked me to give her my details she will come back to me the same day she never did i am beginning to suspect that homechoice is doing nothing to resolve my problem
