FAILURE TO COMPLY TO CUSTOMER REGULATORY RIGHTS

I sent several request to the retailer to remover me from their mailing list however they continue to send me emails subsequent to emails confirming to have been removed from the list. I have a right to be removed from the list as per NCA and CPA requirements and am ware of my rights as the customer. One of the consultant even told me that I agreed and therefore cannot be removed and I insisted of the right to opt out. HOMECHOICE IS CONTRAVENING MY REGULATORY RIGHT TO OPT OUT AND THEY NEED TO STOP IT . HOMECHOICE YOUR EMAILS IRRITATES ME TO MAX AND THEY MAKE ME SICK!!!
