Extremly bad
Firstly I had to pay for a free gift where my goods were not delivered, then I get calls that I should still pay then I again check ITC and still listed. I'm really Irritated to a point where I can not wait. I was listed in a split second on ITC but it takes HC 2 months to remove and clear my name. This is unacceptable.
