extremely poor service

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and was sent a sms to say it had been dispatched on 13/9/2018 parcel ref no: PFS ********** 4. ACCORDING TO YOUR WEBSITE IT TAKES 5 DAYS FOR DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have called your call center to inquire twice now where is my parcel and are met by the rudest people ever. The one person i called today just rudely put the phone down.

Is this how you treat your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a first time customer , i am extremely disappointed in your company.

Can someone with a little bit of intellegence, found out where my parcel is and when am I going to receive it. This year I hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
