Extremely Horrible Service

What a bad experience and its my first purchase. Firsly i palced my order last week Wednesday and for some reason reason my order was canceled in the system. I had to call 4 different departments in order to understand why and what is the reason why my order is cancelled. No one can tell me. Thank to Liesl who tried her atmost best to assist me. The order was placed and now the problem is i need to wait 7 to 14 workings days to get my order. So this means i will no not have the order in time delivered for my holiday trip cause homechioce system cancelled my order. Well today i called customer care and spoken to lunga who is afraid to give me her surname and could not provide me with a solution or escalation level to get my order delivered in time. I placed the order in time to be delivered while homechioce system rejected it with no valid reason. So now homechioce customer care cannot help me to get the order to me before the 20th Dec 21. I have never ever in my life had such a bad experience. If the order cant be delivered pls cancel the order i will never refer anyone to homechioce if this cant be resolved by 10th Dec 2021
