EXTREMELLY BAD SERVISE FROM HOME CHOICE

I placed an order with homechoice a month ago and it never went well i then complained and a lady by the name of Le-ann petersen who is a customer servise specialist sent me an email without any attempt to solve my query and just advised "your order has been cancelled as per your request and no items will be delivered to you" she never bothered to understand what is wrong or what might have gone wrong with my order. i then placed a 2nd order and send all the documents around the 10th of June till today again there is no order of mine delivered. home choice agents are of no assistance as each time i call they would tell me that they cant tell me what is going on with my order..... this is the servise we supposed to pay for and the customer specialists who dont even care how the client feels as long as she gets a salary at the end of each month however she must know that these orders and these customers that dont even receive any care from her equally contributes to her salary weather she likes it or not... i am really not happy with Home choice
