Extreme Poor service
These people are unable to solve my query and they took my money, The customer service people are very unprofessional and drop your call if they cant solve you query, I am extreme upset with this store, All I wish is that they can tell me how to get my money back because I am nolonger even interested in the order.

21 Aug 2023, 15:14Still experiencing an extreme poor service from this guys, after they called me they assured that they will deliver my order. a week later delivery came and it was an incorrect order. found this very unprofessional as I didn’t understand how can they package a wrong product for a customer if they were not sure they could’ve contacted me, anyway logged a return and requested a refund as I wad tired of the back and forth, its been a full week no response from them. my money gone
