Experian listing

Good day. Since opening an account with homechoice I have not missed a single payment. My debit order goes through. Last month for some reason the debit order went through but I was called by an agent who said they didn't debit the correct amount. I went to the store made payment. Got confirmation with my balance. To my suprise I'm listed on Experian to be one month in areas and the balance hasn't been updated. I opened this account because I'm trying to fix my credit score. I cannot afford any negetive listing especially with my account being up to date. I need this fixed ASAP!
