Enquiries without concent

I have an account with HomeChoice and paying well. My concern is I'm receiving credit inquiries which I'm not aware off because those enquiries are done without my concent. I have 6 inquiries already all from home choice. Every month there is an inquiry from home choice. I tried calling HC and asked them why this is happening and the told me that they invistigate and come back to me but it was in vain. I asked them to remove those enquiries cause is affecting my credit record and the person who was assisting me said he will escalate the matter but till today. I called today but the consultant hang up on me. I want to know why this is done without my concent cause I have never app**** for HC credit at the moment. This started happening from 27 October 2022. Like really 5 enquiries already within one company. Every month is an enquiry. This is affecting my credit scores badly. I wantHC to remove them
