ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!

Now I am so sick of this BS!!!! a pick was scheduled for yesterday by Lee-anne and Miriam. So the driver phoned and said they coming to pick up the chair and not the fridge. I explained to him that both items needed to be picked up and was confirmed by Lee-anne. He then got snotty with me and put down the phone in my ear!!! So once again no pick up was made and the fridge and chair is standing in my passage in the walkway waiting for collection. And all that afer I cancelled my easter weekend plans !! This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking this matter and all the recordings to my lawyer on tuesday!!
