Emails Ignored after reporting ********** account and debit order

These people are extremely *****, my partner had his Fnb account debited for R500 and according to transunion this account was opened in July, yet no credit check was done. What kind of company opens up accounts without credit checks? Obviously a ********** one. He’s sent numerous Emails, all ignored. These people should be shut down.
