Ek SOEK MY BLANKIE

Hi. Kindly please help me. I purchased this special (buy 2 get 1 free) from HomeChoice Pretoria branch. I got a sms for collection but when I went there it was only two blankets( ocre and navy). I asked about the 3rd blankie they said they will request it but I should take these two. Immediately the lady sent an email but now weeks later they telling me that there was an error on the system and they can't give me the 3rd one. Whose fault it is? Guys please help me, Please tell HomeChoice to bring my free blanket(purple). WE CAN'T BE TREATED LIKE THIS.. I WANT MY FREE BLANKET
