I ordered 2 items from home choice and only l item was delivered and the courier person who delivered said the other item is still on the way as they couldn’t deliver same time. I waited for almost 5 days. The next time l checked the status said it was delivered when l called home choice, they said on their side it shows it was delivered and received by me, on which l never did. Have sent the relevant documents to them but haven’t heard any response: My question is: - home choice knows the company they dealing with. - who signed for the item, what proof of identification was used as l the owner never received anything? - why was l not contacted bedsore delivery? Why is it difficult for HomeChoice to track with the courier company as them know the person who was responsible for delivering the item? -why are they dealing with bogus courier companies? Am really ****ed off
