Double bank bed

I bought a double bank bed on the 25 of may and they told me that they will assemble the bed , but they didn't I log 3 calls to them but they didn't come,I log another 4 calls to asked them to come and take back the bed cause I don't use it and it's not open, they promised to come, no one came and today it's almost a month, they got a very bad service, I'm thinking to go to my lawyer now I don't ha space to keep this bed
