Don’t order from homechoice, go buy in store.

My experience was horrible, I ordered their 3ply 4kg mink blanket and they delivered a 1 ply 2kg blanket. I’m so frustrated because it’s so cold and I have to wait 14 days for them to come fetch their incorrect order and then wait another 14 days for them to send me my money back. I honestly don’t understand why I have to suffer for their incompetence and negligence. To top it all off when I complained the people I spoke to were so relaxed and didn’t even feel the need to apologise, infact they tried to pin it on me and suggested that I drive 200 kilometres to return the blanket.
