Don't ever open an account with homechoice. Closure nightmare

I have been trying to close my homechoice account for the past few years and each time I call am told they dnt close accounts. It reflects as revolving credit on my credit record. Is it even legal to refuse customers closure of accounts? I am thinking of escalating this matter to the oumbsauman. Yho such service is a nightmare dnt ever open an account with homechoice.
