Don't bother with Homechoice

For more than a month I have been waiting for my order,I have send all they have requested to the agent that is assiating me to place an order... they approved me for R4000 credit and I placed my order,yesterday more than a month after I have placed the order I received a message that I should submit my docs again they are processing everything. I contacted the agent that said she will submit again I should just wait for my order to be captured I will be receiving an sms with the delivery details from the courier service of delivery. Today I received an sms that my order is declined due to the fact that I don't meet their recuirements.... I have a dispossable income of more than R30000 after all is paid every month. Are not on ITC or in arrears on any of my accounts... I have ordered winter clothing etc as the clothing shops are closed and it is hetting winter... It is utter BS that I can't qualify or meet their expectations. I requested to know on what fact am I declined but could't get an answer. I will be reporting them to the NCR as for a month I have been kept on a line just to be told this. I have a flawless credit record
