Does not want to refund my money

I bought a comforter set in December but the size sent was wrong. I returned it. I paid cash for my purchase. I app**** for a refund and have been fighting to get my money back ever since and still mu refund has not been done a month later. I have given bank statements and all document they wanted but my cash is still not refunded. The customer service is non existent. No-one replies to emails and when I call they just put me on hold and drop the call. For a regular customer I am beyond disappointed at this service.
