DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOMECHOICE

On the 03/01/2020, I ordered from Homechoice, my order was confirmed and on the 07/01/2020 I got an sms saying that my order was dispatched, I contacted the courier company numerous times and I was told that my order was still not delivered. I received a call from the courier company a few days later saying they would be delivering and that they would call me, they never did. when I contacted Homechoice I was told that I must wait for 14 working days even though they sent me an sms on the 14/01/2020 saying I must expect delivery within 24 hours...they never delivered, a few days after I was bombarded by 3 to 5 calls a day of people from HOMECHOICE asking me to pay, but how can I pay for something I didn't receive and I called their customer service 12/02/2020 and they told me I must write an affidavit to say I didn't receive the order. I wrote the affidavit on the same day, but nothing. I called on the 25/02/2020 and I was told the person who investigates is not at work. and it takes 30 to 90 working days for them to complete the investigation. Why so long!!!! why would a company big as Homechoice have one investigator. I checked my credit score and Homechoice has listed me as a late payer, this is negatively affecting my life, I am harassed each and everyday plus my credit score. I want Homechoice to clear my name and to close my account. I donot want anything to do with them
