DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HOME CHOICE

So I finally got to sort out my acc with Homechoice to which we both agreed what the final balance of my account is... debit order went off on 26th nd im so eager to pay this acc finished

Now my problem comes in that Homechoice stopped debiting my acc in Feb....which i was paying monthly more then my installment amount... And decided to hand me over to a debt collection co.... after i explained myself yet again to this person... nd my review on Hellopeter did Homechoice finally reverse my acc from legal...

But they had listed me as a bad payer and my account is still reflecting as a bad payer and in Serious arrears and in DEFAULT... yet the debit orders went off every month without fail...not firgetting they stopped debiting my acc...to hand me over instead of resolving my ongoing dispute since Sept 2019

I am ****ed off... not only does this show their lack of competence but also no understanding as to what this effect will have on my credit report

I Demand that Homechoice use the same debt collection co to get my data updated in ITC and my account not reflecting as arrears and in DEFAULT. THIS DEFAULT LISTING STSYS ON YOUR REPORT 5 YEARS

I WANT THIS RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY
