Do not consider the client

Good day. I made an order online. The payment from my credit card went through, but the order did not. I updated my delivery address online, but was informed that I need to send a proof of address before they will make the changes. I had to phone to make the order myself. Then they requested proof of payment. I took screenshots off the payment made, not accepted. I printed my online bank statement and send that, not accepted. They made me go to the bank to get a statement with a bank stamp IN COVID times to send as proof of payment. By this time I cancelled the order because no boots are worth this effort. We live in times where technology is supposed to make our lives easier, and companies is supposed to embrace technology. I will never do business with them again.
