DO NOT BUY AT HOMECHOICE. THEY ARE ******

I bought 2 quilts at Homchoice. one came back as a complete opposite of my order. I returned it the next day at the Homechoice shop at Rissik street Johannesburg, I never received a receipt of the exchange. I went back few days afterwards after I called homechoice and was told to go back and get a reference from the store.

Today the 13th of October 2022., 21 days afterwards, I still have not received any correspondence from Homechoice. Ref number ***. I called Homechoice today I was told to go back to the store again as there is nothing that reflects that I have returned the Harlyn quilt. I also called the store, no one is answering the phone.

Unbelievable, full of *********** people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. They handle their business as a ****A SHOP. IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE BUY @ HOME******.
