Disturbing calls

Hi my name is Lisa I currently have a account with homechoice that is not arrears I make sure I pay it every month before the 6th,but what's annoying from the is calls we get from the 27 th on when is your next payment date is,if u answer them that u not paying they call u 10 times day,who is paying for those calls?aren't those calls supposed to be for consumers that are behind with payments? Plz let this stop
