I ordered a bed unit on the 01 January 2019 and it was delivered on the 03 January 2019 without the *****s and stuff to put it together. Up until the 18 January 2019 after logging requests to have them come to my house and assemble the bed and logging a complaint with them on receiving any feedback I still have not received any feedback from them.

My bed is still not assembled and I still have not received the fixtures to put the bed together myself.
