Dissapointed

<p>I have tried to place an order with homechoice for the foam mattress combo. I called in and the person wanted to confirm my Id, address, last order etc. I could not confirm the last order as it has been 5 years not buying from homechoice. she gave me a fax number that I should fax my Id, and proof of resident and they will treat me as a new client which I did and waited for communication unsuccessfully. I phoned again to check what is happening, the lady wanted me to confirm all those details again and I explained that I have faxed documents as request the first time and have not received any feedback. she told me that I should wait for sms which never came. I phone again today and the lady in the name of Bridget told me that if I do not confirm my last order and the phone number they have on their records (which I do not know), I can never place an order with homechoice. she said she can not assist me. i told her that the only thing I know is that I bought dinner sets as well as bedding from homechoice, as to what was my last order I would be lying. She bragged to me that she can remember things of 20years back and she doesn't understand why I can't remember an order that I made in 2011. I told her she must not compare herself with me as we do not know each other and we are two different people. so my main worry is that Bridget says I can never buy from homechoice if I can not confirm those two things(last order and cell number that they have) meaning i should just forget being a customer at homechoice because I do not know my last order and do not know the cellphone number they have on their system. I was able to confirm my Id, my email address, my postal address, work telephone and they can't help me to order the foam mattresses. Yho, is this how homechoice screens its customers or am just not good for homechoice nowadays.</p>
