Dispute: Homechoice

I was trying to buy a house last year I discovered through the bank that I'm owing homechoice about R7000 I know nothing about it, I than contacted homechoice indeed they told me I'm on areas for three months of R900 but the balance remaining is that R7000 I was advised by the consultant at homechoice to do affidavit and email to them which I did on the 28 Nov 2019 which they acknowledged and they told me the investigation can take 30 to 90 days to be completed someone from loss control department will contact me until today's date no one ever contacted me on the 20 Dec 19 I contacted them they told they're waiting for the invoice at dispatch , I contacted them again on the 23 Dec 19 they told me they're going on leave till January the lady from the bank contacted Homechoice on my behalf indicating my situation and its homechoice whose holding in order for her to process my application to get the bond , I send several emails to homechoice no response at all I'm so frustrated because it was my planned to buy a home for my children now this is coming out which is not my doing worse its seems no one cares about this matter at homechoice even to update me , I tried several times to reach them no response I called them again on the 9th January 2020 I was told that department who deal with this issues will open on the 20th January 2020 when the lady from the bank called them they said they will open on the 25th it's when they will start with the investigation until now they haven't started nothing zero its already amount + I have lost the house of my dream I'm so frustrated and I don't know what to do now please help. Why this matter have to prolong like this and nothing has been done till now
