Dishonesty and disappointed

No positive feedback from homechoice, got the message that one of their consultant will call till today, no call from them, and they are still claiming that I'm owning them and I must pay, how can I pay for undelivered order, I told them that my order was never delivered to me, and they still claiming that they delivered my order, to whom? I don't know
