Dishonesty

In 2011 I took out a laptop with homechoice I was paying a monthly installment of +-r360 and I paid in for 24months and to my understanding I paid in all off and in 2013 November I called them to let them know that the laptop wasn't working properly and they sent someone to come and fetch in the very same month and I was told that it will be taken for repairs, since then I tried numerous times to try and get it back until I gave up coz it seems as though know one knew what I was talking about. I recently got a phone call from a lady telling me that am owing homechoice r11000 and says that I must pay it I told her that to my understanding standing I paid it off and she asked if I have a settlement letter which I told her I don't have and I further explained that I never asked for one because everything that I bought through homechoice and I pay off I never requested one as I would get a statement that my account is paid off, then she says since I don't have the settlement letter I must pay the r1100 am owing I told her I can't pay for something I don't have and I know I have paid it off and I asked her how can I get called 4years later getting told that am owing she rep**** and said she hears what am saying but I must pay the money. I can't get called for an account I took out 7years ago and I paid it off and after 4years of paying it off. Now they have placed it on my ITC I request that it get removed from my ITC record and I demand the laptop that was taken from me for repairs back, in my entire life I have never seen a cheap laptop worth r18760 never before.
