Dishonest ********

I took 2 baby mink blankets and 1 rocker chair from home choice using my account earlier this year after the birth of my twin boys. Later I took the 3 for 2 blankets which were returned and their issue was resolved after I had reported the matter on this platform. Now it means that from my account I took the 2 baby blankets and 1 rocker chair. To my surprise last week I went to one of my policy service providers to make a withdrawal and asked the agent to make a settlement on my behalf @ HC which they said they did, but I got shocked when I received an sms from HC saying that they had received my payment of R11200 which I was shocked how did it amount to that (NB: home choice doesn't send any statements to me up to this day, it's something that I had complained about even before when I spoke to their agent after the last hello peter review), this is when I decided to contact the homechoice customer services department to enquire how it amounted to that, the agent said its a lot of stuff that she may take an hour just to review a statement of someone who took 3 items, I.e 2 baby mink blankets and 1 rocker chair, so she'd rather send me a statement into my email, this is when I said to her she must close my account then... Her response was that she can't do that because I still owe another ~R10 000, then I asked what's going? What's it for when I took 3 items that were costing less than R5000 and I chose an option to pay them up over 12 months? She could not give me a clear and satisfying answer... I am tire of these Home choice ******** believe me I want my self out of their account, worst company ever to do business with, they will make you pay blind by not sending you the statements because they know very well that there's things they're hiding from you as a consumer, they're not honest!
